Mirra is an entertainment experience based on your answers. Many members tell us the resemblance surprised them, but no one can promise the future — treat your sketch as inspiration, not prediction.

Yes. Your portrait is yours to download from your account page and keep forever, even after your subscription ends.

An optional one-time report ($4.99) with personal insights about how and when your paths might cross. If you purchased it, it appears in your account alongside your reading.

An optional one-time add-on ($4.99) that develops your sketch into a realistic, AI-generated portrait of the same face. It appears next to your sketch in your dossier. If we can’t generate it, you’re refunded automatically.

Each account holds one active portrait. If you would like a fresh start, write to support and we will help you reset your quiz.

The $1.00 unlock is charged immediately and starts a 7-day trial of the Mirra membership. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts into a monthly subscription at $19.99/month. The renewal date is shown at checkout, in your confirmation email and on your account page.

In one click, anytime: open your account page and choose “Manage billing”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid — no fees, no phone calls, no questions. Your portrait stays downloadable afterwards.

A charge made after a confirmed cancellation is always refunded. Email support from your account email with the date and amount of the charge and we will fix it quickly.

Purchases are generally non-refundable because your content is delivered instantly, but we review every request individually within 30 days of the charge, and billing errors are always refunded. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available — all processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Charges appear under the Mirra name. All charges are processed in US dollars; if your card uses another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own conversion fee.

Mirra is passwordless. Enter your email on the sign-in page and we send you a secure one-time link — click it and you are in. No password to remember, none stored.

Check your spam or promotions folder first, and make sure you typed the address used at purchase. Links expire quickly, so request a fresh one if a few minutes have passed. Still nothing? Write to support and we will get you in.

Yes — contact support from your current account email and tell us the new address; we will verify both and switch your account over.

From your account page, the delete button permanently removes your profile, answers, portrait and reading — a real deletion, effective immediately. Billing records we must keep by law are retained as described in the Privacy Notice.
